    What are your delivery charges?

    – Deliveries to anywhere in Spain:  € 7.00
    – Deliveries to destinations in the rest of Europe: € 15.00
    – Deliveries to destinations in the rest of the world: € 25.00

    How will my order be delivered?

    – Destinations in Spain: parcel delivery service
    – International destinations: registered mail

    How long must I wait to receive my order?
    All WIWI products are made to order. The delivery period from date of purchase to receipt of the goods is 15 working days for destinations in Spain and 20 days for all other countries.

    The size does not fit me. Can I exchange the article delivered for one in another size?
    Of course, you can change the article delivered for one in another size, and you can even request the same model in a different colour. Transportation charges are payable by the purchaser.

    Can I request a reimbursement?
    WIWI agrees to reimburse the price of the article purchased if it is returned within the period stipulated. To return an order, please contact us at info@wiwi.life within 10 working days after receipt of the goods. Reimbursement will be effected using the same method as that chosen by the customer (bank card, PayPal or bank transfer). Transportation charges are payable by the purchaser.

     

    Your right to return goods is subject to the following conditions:

    * All products must be returned intact; they must be neither worn nor damaged.
    * The original identification label must be attached to each garment.
    * The products must be returned in the original packaging.
    * Products belonging to the same order must be returned together. We do not accept separate return shipments.

    Your return shipment will only be accepted if it fulfils all the above conditions.

    In the case of non-acceptance of a return shipment which does not fulfil these conditions, wiwi will contact you with a view to sending back the articles which were not accepted.

    All costs resulting from the return shipment, including transportation, taxes and customs duties will be at your charge. If you decline this offer, WIWI is entitled to keep the articles concerned without reimbursing the purchase price.

    As soon as WIWI has checked that all the above conditions have been fulfilled, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that your return shipment has been accepted.

    We will reimburse the value of your purchase within 30 working days from this date. There will be no reimbursement of transportation costs.
